  Second in line for the wash this morning. Out of the wash with bugs still across the front hood, bumper and fenders. Talked with manager in front. Was told that they don't guarantee bug removal with the low wash package! Found the car immediately in front of me had LOTS of BUGS on her vehicle also and was told the same thing. They would not run it through again! If not to wash off bugs, why do they call it a car wash? Former owners had similar customer service issues and went out of business. Looks like this one is also headed that way in short order.
